With your permission, Bookettee may use your device location to help you discover service providers and services near you. You can manage location permissions through your device settings.
Ratings and Reviews
Customers may submit ratings or feedback regarding service providers after services are completed.
Device and Usage Information
We may collect certain technical information, such as device type, operating system, app activity, crash information, and other diagnostic information necessary to maintain and improve Bookettee.

Bookettee may send in-app, push, and/or SMS notifications related to appointments, booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, waitlists, reminders, and other service-related activities.
Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared between customers and service providers when necessary to facilitate bookings and provide requested services.
We may also share limited information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate Bookettee, such as cloud hosting, authentication, notifications, SMS delivery, analytics, and other technology services.
These providers may access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf, subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of Bookettee, our users, or others.
5. Location Information
Bookettee may request access to your location to help identify service providers near you and improve location-based search results.
Location access is subject to your permission. You may disable location access through your device settings, although some location-based features may not function properly.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Bookettee is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Bookettee may use third-party services to support features such as cloud hosting, authentication, notifications, SMS messaging, analytics, mapping, or location services.
